The area

A warm and vibrant community in the green Sansen Nature Reserve

Tzur Hadassah is a local council located in the Jerusalem Corridor, southwest of Jerusalem, at an elevation of approximately 730 meters above sea level. The town is situated near Route 375, providing optimal accessibility to Jerusalem and surrounding communities.

The town is located in a rural, forested area, close to nature reserves and well maintained parks. To the north: Begin Park, Mount Giora Reserve, and Nahal Sorek Nature Reserve. To the northwest: USA Independence Park and Nahal Dolev Nature Reserve.To the southwest, adjacent to the project, lies the Sansan Nature Reserve, which includes Kitron Mount and Sansen Mount.  GD Tzur Hadassah project is located near this reserve.

Tzur Hadassah Council boasts diverse and high-quality education with about four elementary schools — two secular state schools and two with a religious character. Additionally, the council has two high schools.

GD Tzur Hadassah was designed by Eyal Itzkin Architects and includes 17 buildings — some of which are two-family detached houses. Each building contains a limited number of apartments, ensuring residents a sense of privacy and comfort. The buildings are clad with a combination of Jerusalem stone and are equipped with private parking and separate entrances for some of the apartments.

Thanks to architectural planning adapted to the sloping terrain, most apartments enjoy breathtaking views of the green expanses. The buildings were designed with a focus on combining comfort, innovative design, and seamless integration with the natural surroundings. The project offers a diverse mix of apartments with a rich specification, executed with some of the highest standards of finish and meticulous attention to detail in the industry.

The residential spaces were designed to be bright and to enjoy open views. The architectural planning emphasizes creating a high-quality and peaceful living environment.
